Our #MKAGroupFinanceTeam is expanding! We are hiring for a result-driven Account Executive with a strong passion for financial accuracy and strategic pricing within a multi-industry organization. This expert will be managing general ledger functions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and driving pricing strategies across diverse business units (BUs).

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely postings across multiple business units and industries.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards.

Develop, analyze and implement pricing models and strategies that align with market dynamics and business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations and Finance etc) to support cost analysis and profit margin optimization.

Review and reconcile intercompany transactions, accruals and adjustments across different industry verticals.

Conduct variance analysis and investigate discrepancies in P&L statements, balance sheets and cost allocations.

Monitor financial data integrity and support the implementation of internal controls and audit processes.

Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process with a focus on pricing and revenue targets.

Provide actionable financial insights to senior management and support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA would be a plus).

1 to 2 years of experience in accounting roles with a focus on general ledger and pricing would be ideal.

Experience working in a multi-industry or conglomerate organization is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of accounting standards (i.e. IFRS) and regulatory compliance.

Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic and changing business environments.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (this role requires to deal with Mandarin speaking stakeholders).

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Our office is located at 40, Jln TPP 5, Taman Perindustrian Putra, 47130 Puchong, Selangor

Working hours is 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri.
