Account Executive

  • Working days: 5 days, Monday to Friday, 9/10am to 5pm

  • Salary: $3000 to $3500

  • 2 years of full-set accounting experience

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)

We are a start-up interior design firm seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to join our team.

Job Description
  • Handle full sets of accounts including invoicing, receipt updates, vendor invoice processing, payment arrangements, journal entries, maintenance, bank reconciliation, balance sheet schedules, fixed assets registers, and general ledger.

  • Accounts Receivable (AR): issue receipts and invoicing to customers.

  • Accounts Payable (AP): manage approximately 30 payments per month, posting supplier bills/claims/credit card expenses (around 50 entries split by project location), and create Payment Vouchers (PV) to send to suppliers.

  • General Ledger (GL): bank reconciliation, fixed assets, inter-company transactions, inventory, bank loans.

  • Payroll: processing and posting payroll, CPF submission, commission calculation.

  • Filing: GST, drafting unaudited financial statements (FSV).
