Company Background:

We are representing our client which is in the F&B industry. As they are growing, they are looking for an Account Executive to join them.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure payments are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Solve discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices.
3. Monitor backlog invoices and give direction to teams to drive down the backlog number accordingly.
4. Review reports and vendor reconciliations and act on overdue open items.
5. Responsible for ensuring KPIs for Accounts Payable are met, including timely processing and payment of invoices.
6. Develop action plans to help the team achieve KPIs.

Job Requirements:

1. Professional qualifications such as ACCA/CPA/MIA, or a degree in Accounting.
2. At least 5 years of working experience in a finance managerial position, preferably in a related industry.
3. Good verbal and written communication skills.
4. Good analytical and effective problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to motivate and steer towards the organization's mission and goals.
6. Fluency in Mandarin is required due to company culture.
7. Candidates must have a driving license and possess their own transport.
8. Full-time position(s) available.
9. Fast-paced environment.
10. Able to work under pressure.
