About the job: Account Executive (Full Set Account)

Company Background:

We are representing our client in the F&B industry. As they are growing, they are looking for an Account Executive to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure payments are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Solve discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices.
• Monitor backlog invoices and provide guidance to teams to reduce backlog numbers.
• Review reports and vendor reconciliations, and act on overdue open items.
• Ensure KPIs for Accounts Payable are met, including timely processing and payment of invoices.
• Develop action plans to help the team achieve KPIs.

Job Requirements:

• Professional qualifications such as ACCA/CPA/MIA or a Degree in Accounting.
• At least 5 years of experience in a finance managerial position, preferably in a related industry.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and align with organizational goals.
• Fluent in Mandarin due to company culture requirements.
• Possession of a valid driving license and own transport.
• Full-time position.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
