• Provide necessary account services, support, and reporting to ensure that the books are kept in compliance with statutory and professional requirements and for management decision making.
• Prepare timely reports and a full set of accounts required for management information.
• Month-end activities - GL Reconciliation, Supplier statement reconciliation, Management Reports, SST, and other statutory submissions.
• Accounts Receivable - Check and process incoming funds, issue invoices and receipts, record data, bank in cash.
• Accounts Payable - Check and process payments, prepare payment vouchers, issue cheques, record data.
• Coordinate activities with all departments to ensure that invoices are promptly provided to accounts and properly checked and signed by the respective departments.

Job Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
• Preferably have experience handling full set accounts.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Position open for Junior/Senior Executive in Accounting – General Accounting or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent time management skills to meet strict deadlines.
