As a rapidly growing and developing organization, they have ambitious plans to expand their presence across Malaysia. Leveraging advanced technology, the clinic offers high-end services to its customers. This newly established clinic is located in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.

Job Description:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledger entries and reconciliations.
  • Handled Full set of Accounts.
  • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payment and collection.
  • Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify variances and trends.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Prepare and file tax returns and other compliance documents.
  • Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, familiar with accounting Auto Count software is advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Salary Range: RM4000 to RM4500 and benefits package.
