• Generate invoices for clients and customers regularly.
• Monitor overdue rental payments and resolve outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate transaction records in the system.
• Assist in preparing Bank Guarantees as requested.

Monitor and follow up on overdue rental payments and resolve any issues with outstanding balances.

Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure they are properly recorded in the system.

Apply or terminate services for TNB & Air Selangor as needed.

Assist in preparing Bank Guarantees as requested by the Project Team.

Apply for and renew bank facilities periodically.

Responsible for insurance renewals (project & machinery).

Serve as the primary contact for all ISO-related activities, including liaising with external auditors and consultants.

Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in an accounting, banking, or related field.

At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience.

Preferably with a finance or audit background.

Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Ability to communicate effectively with multi-level personnel within the company.
