Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive / Account Assistant to manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, be organized, and possess excellent communication skills to support internal and external financial activities.

  1. Handle accounting tasks including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliation.
  2. Monitor and manage account balances and ensure timely collection of payments.
  3. Assist the senior accountant by providing necessary information and documents.
  4. Proficiency in SQL Accounting software is a plus.
  5. Good understanding of payroll processes is a plus.

Candidates with the following requirements are preferred:

  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an advantage.
  • SPM with experience, or Diploma or Bachelor Degree holders; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
