a) Perform overall accounting and banking functions, including maintaining a full set of books and handling taxation matters.
b) Prepare and submit SST reports, and assist in their implementation and application.
c) Ensure all accounting records are kept up-to-date and maintained accurately.
d) Responsible for the preparation, review, and reconciliation of accounts and inventory.
e) Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and relevant statutory bodies.
f) Manage accounts receivable collections and accounts payable schedules to optimize cash flow.
g) Perform any other responsibilities that management may assign from time to time.
h) Update the Fixed Asset register.
Degree or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent discipline.
Preferable experience in handling SQL or ERP accounting software.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Word, proficiency in Excel.
Proactive and resourceful.
Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in accounting and finance-related fields.
