Account Executive

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team in Subang Jaya, Selangor. As a full-time Accounts Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall financial management of the organization.

What you'll be doing

Preparing full set of accounts.

Managing. monitoring and maintaining the general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable

Process invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner.

Timely preparation and distribution of Statement of Account to client and follow-up

Assist in preparing project costing, financial analysis or other financial information

Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

Provide support or information to auditors, bankers, financial institution or other relevant bodies if required.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar accounting role

Strong knowledge and background of financial accounting principles, practices, and reporting standards

Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Effective communication and collaboration abilities
