Job description

· Accountable for handling full set accounts and supporting audit and tax purposes.

· Interact with vendors via calls or emails regarding invoice receipt, reconciliation issues, clarifications, follow-ups, and maintaining excellent relationships.

· Communicate with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and other related parties.

· Assist in preparing monthly account closures, including bank reconciliations, monthly summaries, and reports on sales and costs.

· Assist in data entry into the system.

· Responsible for credit control, monitoring payments, and collections.

Qualifications

· Possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.

· Have at least 1 year of relevant work experience.

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

· Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is required; especially Mandarin for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.

· Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.

· Positive attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Willingness to self-learn and adapt quickly.
