Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Accounting required.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries.
• Maintain financial reports and filing systems.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and manage creditors' accounts.

• Performing day to day accounting operations.
• Maintain proper financial reports and filing systems.
• Handling monthly journal entries and full sets of accounts.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
• Monitoring Creditors ageing accounts.
• Assist annual audit process and tax related matters.
• To liaise with creditors with respects to accounting related matters.
• Handle full set project/construction accounting with multiple project in hand.
• Able to track, report and categorize cost and other expenses in construction business.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the superior and management.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Must possess Bachelor Degree/Professional Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Good in English command ; writing & speaking.
• Good working attitude, problem solving and good communication skill
• Computer literate - Microsoft Excel / Accounting software preferably UBS & SQL
• Able to work with minimum supervision and meet deadline
