Job description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accounting records and systems comply with Company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Accounts Payable - Process payments promptly with verified supporting documents and authorized approvals from other departments. Reconcile with suppliers.
  • Accounts Receivable - Ensure collections match daily sales reports from outlets and are recorded in the accounting system within the set timeframe.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all Company matters.
Job Requirements:
  • Possess at least LCCI 3rd level, Diploma, or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of accounting software (preferably SQL) is advantageous.
  • 1-3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing or e-commerce retail industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, meticulous, proactive, multitask in a fast-paced environment, responsible, detail-oriented, with problem-solving skills, and capable of working independently.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work closely with other teams.
  • Mandarin speaking skills are a bonus for dealing with invoices from China.
Additional Details:
  • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  • Schedule: Fixed shift, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, OT/replacement as needed for deadlines
