Account Executive

About The Role

Join the dynamic team at Canon Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd as an Accounts Executive. This full-time position is based in Glenmarie, Selangor, and offers a rewarding career opportunity in the accounting industry.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Prepare costing for goods received and compilation of data on freight expenses of truck shipment on monthly basis.
2. To vouch and verify the payment made to Custom and assist in compiling required information related to e-Invoicing.
3. Preparation of Goods in Transit transactions and inventory movement journals.
4. Assist in annual stock count exercise.
5. Assist in preparing Weekly Sales Forecast.
6. To compile inventory forecast on monthly basis.
7. Assist in quarterly budgeting process and yearly Mid Term Plan process.
8. Assist in internal and external audit requirements.
9. Assist in other accounting, budgeting, and planning areas assigned from time to time.

What We're Looking For

1. Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
2. Possess 1 year of working experience in related scope.
3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
