Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team at PRODUCTS FEATURE SDN. BHD. This is a full-time position based in Kota Kemuning, Selangor. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial records and accounts of our clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance within the Full Set Accounting of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare a full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR), including monthly management reports with analysis, required schedules, and bank reconciliation for Investment Accounts.
  2. Experience in preparing P&L, Balance Sheet, and Management Accounts.
  3. Oversee payroll processing and statutory submissions.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely double entries in the accounting system.
  5. Prepare and finalize accounts, liaising closely with auditors for annual audits, tax agents, and company secretarial duties.
  6. Assist in credit control and collection of receivables.
  7. Deal with tenants, including preparing tenancy agreement renewals.
  8. Coordinate with developers and follow up on related matters.
  9. Communicate with bankers and follow up on banking-related matters.
  10. Maintain proper filing and keep statutory financial records.
  11. Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required.
  12. Verify all outstanding bills with clients.
  13. Prepare payment and receipt vouchers, cheques, etc.
  14. Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.
  15. Basic knowledge or exposure to e-Invoicing processes is highly preferred.

  3. Proficiency in accounting software such as Auto Count.
