Job Responsibilities- Manage the full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and monthly financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Maintain proper documentation, record keeping, and filing systems to support all accounting entries and compliance requirements.
- Assist in monthly closing activities, including journal entries, adjustments, and preparation of relevant financial reports.
- Support external audit and tax filing processes, including preparation of audit schedules such as deposit listings, down payment schedules, and other relevant documents.
- Perform general accounting tasks, including updating cash book entries and preparing monthly bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze various financial and management reports, including Profit & Loss statements, Budget Analysis, Cost Recovery Reports, Billing & Collection Summaries, and Cash Flow Status.
- Monitor and oversee daily financial operations, including invoicing, inventory movement, cash float management, and other finance-related transactions.
- Perform ad-hoc duties or assignments as required by the Finance Department.
Job Requirements- Languages Required: Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in accounting or related financial roles.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in handling full set of accounts.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Familiarity with financial reporting standards, audit processes, and taxation matters.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
