Job Responsibility

• To handle accounting records & account payable, etc
• To assist in daily operation of the company, including document processing and data entry
• Assist for confirmation of cash receipts, petty cash entry, journal entry and bank reconciliation
• Maintain proper filling, labeling of the company document
• Preparing report assign time to time, especially month-end and year-end closing report with various data
  
  

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies / Accounting or equivalent.
• 1 â 2 yearsâ experience in accounting will be an added advantage.
• Good command in both oral and written in English and Mandarin.
• Having knowledge in SQL Accounting System.
• Computer literate and skilled in MS Office application.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to handle different levels of people tactfully.
• Strong analytical, result-oriented personality and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in Autocount System will be advantage
