Job summary

A leading company in Malaysia seeks motivated candidates for an Accounting role, involving comprehensive financial management tasks. Qualifications

  • LCCI/Diploma/Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or related fields with professional qualifications.
  • Experience in full set accounts and payroll administration.
  • Advance level in MS Excel and knowledge of accounting software.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full sets of accounts including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in year-end audits.
  • Manage petty cash, staff claims, and vendor payments.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle full sets of accounts including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in year-end audits
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks and government agencies.
  • Cash flow management, and taxation.
  • Manage petty cash, staff claims, and vendor payments
  • Handle full set of payroll administration including on-time and accurate payroll processing in compliance with all statutory requirements.
  • To support the Operation Manager in compliance with all Company policies.
  • To handle SST related matters.
  • Analyse inventory data, movement and minimize the variance, oversee stock count
  • Perform other duties assigned by the management.


What We Are Looking For

  • LCCI/Diploma/Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or related fields with professional qualifications.
  • Advance level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.
  • Experience in full set accounts.
  • Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written) with ability to communicate at every levels.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
