What will I need?

As an Account Executive at Bray Leino Splash, you’ll be the driving force behind client relationships and project delivery. Reporting to the Account Director, you’ll lead a variety of design and development projects, ensuring they’re completed flawlessly, on time, and on budget. Your goal? To transform client briefs into strategic communication plans that surpass expectations and deliver measurable success.

Working within a dynamic, collaborative team of strategists, designers, and developers, you’ll champion quality and innovation at every stage. Your enthusiasm, proactive mindset, and hands-on approach will foster teamwork and elevate both client satisfaction and internal performance, making you a pivotal player in our shared success.

You’ll be responsible for building trust-filled relationships by understanding client business needs and communication goals. Partnering with internal teams across visual design, technical, and UX disciplines, you’ll craft and execute effective project plans. You’ll manage schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of precision and excellence. Identifying untapped opportunities and proposing strategies that align with future client objectives will be a key part of your role. You’ll monitor campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and recommend best practices to drive results. Through exceptional service, you’ll consistently manage client expectations while integrating their feedback to improve outcomes.
