  • 1-2 years of working experience in handling accounts and maintaining a full set of accounts is an advantage.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and willing to work extra hours to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain a full set of accounts, ensure data accuracy, and reconcile the general ledger.
  • Prepare periodic financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and other reports.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Perform journal entries, including provisions and accruals, and verify all accounting entries.
  • Adhere to company SOPs and accounting policies and procedures.
  • Experience with handling full sets of accounts is an advantage.
  • Able to handle administrative tasks.
