Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Maintain contact with the bank for any banking matters.
• Handle all accounts and manage the daily operations of project accounts.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly financial/project accounts, in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Prepare financial statements, including continuous monitoring and preparation of project budgets and cash flows.
• Perform monthly financial data analysis and critically highlight any unusual items.
• Liaise with other departments or interrelated companies for necessary information.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English, Malay and preferably Mandarin.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Finance/Accounting, with at least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; meticulous with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
