Account Executive

Job Description (JD):

The Senior Accounts Executive oversees financial operations, ensures accurate reporting, and maintains compliance with regulations. This role involves managing accounts, taxation, audits, and financial planning while supporting internal teams and decision-making.

Job Responsibilities (JR):

1. Financial Reporting, Accounting and Costing – Manage full sets of accounts, month-end closing, and financial statements.
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable – Oversee payments, collections, reconciliations, and aging reports.
3. Taxation & Compliance – Ensure tax filings, SST/GST, and statutory compliance.
4. Audit & Internal Controls – Coordinate audits, implement financial controls, and maintain compliance.
5. Financial Planning & Analysis – Assist in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial risk assessment.
6. Team Collaboration & Leadership – Support junior staff, work with departments, and report to management.
7. Other Duties – Handle ad-hoc tasks and stay updated on accounting regulations.

Job Requirements:

1. Ability to speak Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
