About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Fastlane Emergency Resources Group Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial records, accounts, and bookkeeping processes. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.

What you'll be doing

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable and payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports

Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions in a timely and efficient manner

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies

Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to provide financial support and advice

Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Accounting and Bookkeeping industry

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and software (e.g., UBS, Express365 Accounting)

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
