Work Location: BK5, Bandar Kinrara, Puchong, Selangor

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.

Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payments, and efficient follow-ups on outstanding balances.

Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are accounted for accurately.

Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports for management review.

Month-End & Year-End Close: Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time.

Expense Tracking & Analysis: Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and identifying any discrepancies.

Internal Controls: Ensure proper internal controls are in place to safeguard the company’s financial data and prevent errors or fraud.

Audit Preparation: Provide necessary documentation and assistance during audits and internal reviews.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (such as payroll, HR, and procurement) to ensure smooth financial operations and proper documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.

At least 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel).

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
