About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team in Kota Damansara, Selangor. As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining strong client relationships, processing financial transactions, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and maintain client accounts, including invoicing, billing, and collections
  2. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  3. Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements and reports
  4. Provide administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and document management
  5. Assist with other general office duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or accounting role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in the use of office software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in your work
  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to communicate effectively with certain clients and stakeholders
