About the role

We’re looking for a responsible and motivated Junior Account Executive to join our team. This is a full-time position based at our Petaling Jaya office. If you have basic accounting knowledge and are eager to learn and grow in a professional environment — we want you!

What you'll be doing

Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry, issuing invoices, and handling receipts/payments.

Help prepare simple financial reports and summaries.

Assist in preparing documents for SST submissions and tax matters.

Keep financial records organized and up to date.

Support the senior account team and learn from real working experience.

Respond to simple client queries with guidance from the team.

What we're looking for

Diploma or basic qualification in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.

Some working or internship experience in accounting is a plus (but not a must).

Able to use Microsoft Excel and familiar with simple accounting software.

Willing to learn, follow instructions, and be detail-oriented.

Good attitude, responsible, and able to work well in a team.

Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a bonus.
