Preparation of full set accounts and other reporting for several companies.
Assist in handling company investment properties issues, such as utilities, upkeep & repair, and maintenance fees.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing and record keeping.
Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Liaise with banks and handle all banking-related matters.
Maintain proper records and electronic filing of account-related transactions.
Coordinate and liaise with relevant departments on accounting matters.
Assist with other administrative and financial duties as required from time to time.
Requirements:
LCCI, Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Accountancy/Finance.
At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to liaise with people at all levels.
Preferred candidates with knowledge in Autocount and SQL.
Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred, especially for serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
Ability to work independently.
