Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Handle full set of accounts and cash flow management.
  2. Manage accounts receivables and payables.
  3. Correspond with suppliers, authorities, and third parties.
  4. Ensure timely closing of monthly accounts.
  5. Prepare and submit monthly accounts to SST.
  6. Maintain accurate filing and record keeping of documents.
  7. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
  8. Manage transactions with related companies and follow up on reconciling items.
  9. Analyze and report financial results.
  10. Ensure compliance of accounting records and systems with company policies, standards, and statutory requirements.
Requirements
  • Ability to perform responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle full set of accounts.
  • Proficient in Xero, Dext, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing.
