Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience handling full set of accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL Accounting software is an advantage.

Job description

Location:
- Dataran Sunway, Kota Damansara (On-site)

Job Scope / Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reports.
  • Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.
  • Process invoices, payments, claims, and staff reimbursements.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Assist in preparing tax computations and submissions (Corporate tax, E-invoice, Withholding tax, etc.).
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
  • Assist in cash flow management and forecasting.
  • Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by your superior.

Qualification / Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience handling full set of accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SQL Accounting software is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn new skills, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
