We are a newly established company specializing in interior design for residential and commercial buildings. We collaborate with investors from China, bringing in both design expertise and skilled labor. Our focus is on delivering high-end interior design and renovation services to the local market.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team.

Immediate hiring

Candidate should possess a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any equivalent professional qualification.

Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

At least 1 year of working experience in a related field.

Able to lead a team, provide guidance, and assign tasks.

Able to adapt to changes, proactive team player, fast learner, and able to overcome stress.

Ability to work and think entrepreneurially and independently with strong time and information management skills.

Detail-oriented and able to follow up on tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts, data entry, and daily accounts recording functions.
  • Timely preparation of financial reports, annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and monthly variance analysis.
  • Ensure all documents and accounting systems are accurate and reliable.
  • Handle all audit matters: prepare audit schedules, compile information for audits, draft auditor reports, and other related tasks.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.
