  • Liaise with auditors for year-end audits and coordinate with tax agents for submissions.

Job description

SOLARIS POWER SDN BHD is hiring a Full-time ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE role in Taman Perindustrian Puchong Utama, Selangor. Apply now to be part of our team.

Job Summary:
  • Available to work: Monday to Friday, mornings
  • 1 year of relevant work experience required
  • Expected salary: RM2,500 - RM3,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle full sets of accounts and perform month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Journal entries, and General Ledger transactions
  • Prepare monthly customer statements
  • Reconcile monthly bank statements
  • Handle expenses claims for directors, sales managers, and branches
  • Complete and submit monthly KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, HRDC, PCB & CP204
  • Handle and prepare bank online payments
  • Manage petrol limits and receipts
  • Proficient in accounting and Microsoft Office applications
  • Update fixed assets schedule and closing stock valuation
  • Update deposits and prepayments
  • Maintain hire purchase schedules and loan statements
  • Liaise with auditors for year-end audits
  • Coordinate with tax agents for CP204 calculations and tax submissions
  • Collaborate with IT support, petrol support, GPS support, bank, and system support teams
  • Maintain good knowledge of accounting principles
  • Maintain organized filing systems and records
  • Reconcile accounts timely
  • Assist in recruiting new employees as needed
  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks
Job Requirements:
  • Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English; Mandarin is an advantage
  • Experience with UBS accounting software is an advantage
  • Willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Puchong Utama
  • Working hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
  • Full-time position available
