Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting and Finance or equivalent.
• Proven work experience as a Finance Executive or similar role.
• 3 years of experience in Finance – General, Financial or Consolidation Accounting.
• Strong communication and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial and accounting operations including payables, receivables, expenses records, claim processing and credit control.
• Liaise with other departments to complete month-end and year-end accounts closing.
• Assist in preparing timely and accurate monthly financial and management reports.
• Assist with annual tax returns and year-end financial audits.
• Liaison with the auditor, company secretary, and tax agent.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping.
• Manage accounting jobs assigned, ensuring all are done diligently and timely.
• Undertake any ad-hoc assignments by management or reporting head as required.
• Ensure all accounting systems, practices, controls, and procedures comply with company policy.

About you

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting and Finance or equivalent

3 years of working experience specializing in Finance – General, Financial or Consolidation Accounting or equivalent
