Job summary

A leading firm in Puchong is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage daily functions, ensuring compliance with regulations and overseeing financial reporting. Qualifications

• Proficient in multiple languages: Bahasa Melayu, English, and Chinese.

Handle daily accounting functions, data entry, monthly accounting report, tax filing and bank reconciliation;

Manage stakeholders sum and administrative account matters in general;

Manage staff reimbursement claims, ensuring accurate and timely recording.

Monitor intercompany transactions, issue and file invoices, official receipts, cheques, reports and including invoice postings and reconciliations.

Prepare and process invoices, claims, and payment vouchers in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Implement and oversee the maintenance of an e-invoicing system to enhance efficiency and accuracy in electronic billing and payments. Ensure all e-invoices comply with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining proper documentation and records.

Prepare annual account auditing and liaise with external auditor.

Act as the primary liaison with external auditors for statutory and other audits as required. Coordinate with tax agents on tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Ability to liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers, governments and relevant authorities when required;

Responsible, committed, have initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.

Assist in any general office administrative matters.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, LCCI, higher qualification in accounting or equivalent;

Minimum of 2 years and above experience in accounting, finance, or related field (preferable in a law firm environment preferred) are encouraged to apply;

Required Skill(s): UBS Accounting System, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Proficient in Bahasa Melayu, English and Chinese;

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, responsibility, independently and ability to meet deadlines.

Able to start work immediately.
