LHG Auto is seeking an Accountant to manage a full set of accounts, including payroll and liaising with auditors. Candidates should possess LCCI/ACCA or relevant degrees, with at least one year of relevant experience. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu is preferred, along with skills in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
Invoicing and Monthly bank reconciliation.
Accounts Payable (AP) & Account Receivable (AR).
Able to handle in handling a Full set of accounts including payroll.
To closely monitor the month-end account closing to ensure accounts are checked, closed, and submitted on time and tally to Financial Statements and supporting documents.
Sorting and tabulating labels and filing documentation.
Able to work at face pace and multi-tasking.
Emails and phone call handling.
To liaise with the auditor during yearly Account Audit.
Handling ad-hoc requests/duties in a timely manner.
Building supportive relationships with peers and colleagues.
Min requirements:
LCCI/ACCA/Diploma/Degree Holder in Accounting or related studies.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in Accounting or a related industry.
Ability to read, understand and communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin will be advantages)
Proficient in Accounting software will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
