Job summary:
  • Looking for candidates available to work:
    • Monday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Tuesday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Wednesday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Thursday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Friday: Morning, Afternoon
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: RM3,500 - RM5,000 per month

  • Managing the full spectrum of finance, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payment vouchers, payment collection, general ledger and reconciliations.

  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual Financial Management Reports, which includes an income statement, variance analysis against budget/forecast and prior year results, balance sheet and cash flow.

  • Maintaining proper Fixed Assets records.

  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

  • Preparation of tax computation, tax forecast (CP204) and tax revisions (CP204A).

  • Manage the annual audit of the Company.

  • Develop and implement proper policies, procedures and financial controls in the businesses, to ensure greater efficiency and operations.

  • Liaise with auditor, tax agent, company secretary, legal advisor, bankers and others statutory bodies for relevant reports and submissions as required by regulatory bodies.

  • Assist on any ad-hoc assignment, if any.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance and/or Professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA and CPA etc).

  • More than 3 years working experiences in Finance/Accounting.

  • Possess strong analytical skills with proactive mind set, able to bring expert advice and problem-solving skills to the team.

  • Hands-on approach, able to multi-task, work independently and under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environment and dynamic culture.

  • Team player - able to work across different teams and contribute to a positive environment

  • Well versed in accounting standards i.e. Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (“MFRS”).

  • Willing to work in Kota Damansara.
