Job summary

Job description

Handling full set accounts with knowledge of Emas / mySQL system and general costing basics.

Arranging monthly agent commission, incentive payments, and preparing agent CP58 annually.

Reviewing debtors' aging and credit control.

Ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.

Reviewing all invoices and documentation for approval prior to payment.

Preparing general ledger, management accounts, and reports on a timely basis for management review.

Preparing accurate final accounts for audit and tax submission purposes.

Maintaining a proper and organized filing system, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and filed correctly.

Ensuring all company policies and controls are implemented and maintained at all times.

Performing any other duties as assigned by superiors or management.

Liaising with tax agents, auditors, company secretaries, bankers, and government authorities; responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders.

Handling full set of accounts.

Managing cash flow and treasury, including forecasting.

Tax planning, filing, and compliance.

Job Requirements:

Certificate/Diploma in Finance/Accounting, Business Studies, Administration, or related fields.

At least 3 years of relevant work experience.

Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both oral and written.

Ability to work independently in a dynamic, multitasking environment.
