Requirements:
  • Degree / Diploma in Accounting/Finance with at least 1-2 years relevant working experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to work independently, results-oriented, with proactive performance.
  • High level of integrity and result-driven mindset.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including timely preparation of financial and management reports, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, review and analysis of financial data, and performance for a group of companies. Establish and oversee internal controls and processes to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Ensure accurate compilation, analysis, and management reporting of accounting data.
  • Ensure compliance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all financial aspects.
  • Prepare timely monthly financial reports and handle accounting matters.
  • Handle budgeting and credit control.
  • Negotiate and maintain high standards of business relationships with company bankers, legal advisors, and suppliers.
  • Manage accounting and taxation standards and policies.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants for statutory compliance, and assist internal auditors during operational audits.
  • Perform other ad-hoc corporate assignments as required.
