Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the accounting field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL Accounting Software.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax regulations.
• Experience in e-Invoicing implementation, compliance, submission, and statutory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including AR/AP, and prepare monthly reports.
• Manage SST/GST submission and statutory compliance.
• Perform AP duties like invoice verification and payments.
• Assist AR tasks: issue invoices, debit/credit notes.
• Finalize monthly management accounts and reconcile creditors, debtors, and bank.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax agents during audits.

Account ExecutiveMega Flames Asia Sdn BhdKapar, Selangor, MalaysiaSepenuh masa•Eksekutif Kanan•Perakaunan / Audit2 tahun pengalaman kerjaDipos pada 1 bulan yang lepas**Job Responsibilities*** Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), covering recording, processing, and reporting of financial transactions.* Manage tax-related matters, including SST/GST submission and compliance with statutory requirements.* Perform (AP) functions such as invoice verification and payment processing.* Assist in (AR) functions, including preparing and issuing invoices, debit notes (DN), and credit notes (CN).* Finalize monthly management accounts independently for review, analysis, and evaluation.* Prepare creditor, debtor, and bank reconciliation to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.* Ensure compliance with e-invoicing platforms, including accurate data submission, system synchronization, intercompany reconciliations, and timely e-invoice submissions.* Perform payroll calculations including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.* Assist in internal and external audits as required.* Maintain proper documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.* Liaise with auditors and tax agents on audit, tax, and statutory matters.* Committed to meeting all deadlines and ensuring timely submissions.**Requirements:*** Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.* At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the accounting field.* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and must be proficient in SQL Accounting Software.* Good knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax regulations.* Experience in e-Invoicing implementation, compliance, submission, and statutory reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements.* Experience handling internal and external audits.* Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines.* Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).----- 5 working days per week (Mon-Fri) Working Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm Location: Jalan Kapar, KlangWaze/Google Map: Mega Flames Asia Sdn Bhd**Benefits:*** Competitive salary + performance bonus* Opportunities for promotion* Medical claim* Annual leave* etc...
