The core responsibilities of the Account Executive involve auditing, processing, and ensuring timely payment of hotel expenses.

What will I be doing?

The Account Executive will be responsible for:

  • Auditing all purchase orders, receiving records, and supplier invoices (purchase invoice matching).
  • Ensuring all invoices have proper supporting documents and authorization before processing payments.
  • Preparing vouchers, including cost distributions and account codes for all supplier invoices and credit memos.
  • Reconciling suppliers’ monthly statements with the hotel’s accounts payable records.
  • Responding to queries from suppliers and other parties regarding accounts payable.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
