Job Description

• To handle full set of accounting, ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial report and other related schedules.
• To carry out financial and variance analysis, accounts/statements reconciliations, and resolve issues arising from these exercises.
• Ensure all related company's necessary invoices are correctly updated.
• To prepare cheque/payment voucher.
• Liaise and prepare data or reports to auditors, bankers, tax agents, and government authorities on a needs basis.
• To assist in any other task as and when required by management.
• Entry trade creditor invoice in SAP System.
• Understanding of QMS/EMS system at MME, and the importance of complying with QMS/EMS requirements.
• Liaise with authority such as Royal Customs for license renewal that relates to business.
• Dealing with company headquarters in Singapore regarding shipping and other financial matters.

Salary: 2500~3500 (RM)

Location: Malacca

Requirements

✓ Preferably Diploma, Degree or any equivalent qualification in any related field or LCCI Level 3 and above.
✓ Preferably knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.
✓ Preferably 3-5 years' experience in medium size company; at least 2-3 years' experience for Diploma & certificate; Degree fresh graduates may apply.
✓ Good team player with good interpersonal & communication skills.
✓ Computer literate (MS Office, Excel, Word).
✓ Prefer experience with SAP.
✓ Language: English & BM.
✓ Own transport.
