Job description

Requirements:
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and independently
  • Knowledge of Autocount is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, especially Excel)
  • Preferably 1 year of full set accounting and payroll experience
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal (Mandarin), with the ability to communicate clearly at all management levels
  • Form 5 SPM / STPM or diploma holders, including fresh graduates, are welcome to apply
Working Days and Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
  • Alternate Saturdays: 8:30 am to 1:00 pm
Scope of Work:
  • Handle full set of accounts and payroll
  • Manage accounts payable transactions and ensure invoice accuracy
  • Assist in the preparation of sales order cycles, issue quotations, invoices, receipts, etc.
  • Manage all financial transactions including utilities, bill payments, and expense claims
  • Ensure timely payments from clients, maintain proper records, and develop a filing system
  • Provide administrative support
