Account Executive

Job Summary:

• Monday: Morning, Afternoon
• Tuesday: Morning, Afternoon
• Wednesday: Morning, Afternoon
• Thursday: Morning, Afternoon
• Friday: Morning, Afternoon
• Saturday: Morning
• Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience required.
• Expected salary: RM4,000 - RM7,000 per month.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain full sets of accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Handle daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, cash management, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare balance sheet schedules for audit requirements, liaise with auditors, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee financial activities such as financial statements, treasury functions, and cash flow management.
• Process payments, manage petty cash reimbursements for staff claims, and handle intercompany transactions.
• Communicate with banks, company secretaries, tax agents, external auditors, government authorities, and professional advisors.
• Negotiate with bankers to secure favorable interest rates, forex rates, and bank charges for trade financing.
• Familiarity with banking facilities.
• Track and monitor client purchase order statuses.
• Handle queries from customs authorities such as SST.
• Perform additional tasks and assignments as needed.
• Communicate effectively with China suppliers.
