Job summary

SF Techlogis is looking for accounting professionals for various roles including Full Set, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field and at least 2 years working experience.
• Experience with full set of accounts is essential.
• Mandarin speaking preferred for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts and prepare financial reports.
• Conduct account closing and assist in budget preparation.
• Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.

Job Responsibilities (3 position different Roles)

FullSet:

Manage the full set of accounts

Conduct monthly and yearly account closings.

Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.

Prepare management accounts and financial reports.

Maintain documentation and records related to financial transactions and reporting processes.

Accounts Receivable:

Manage the Accounts Receivable

Send monthly statements of accounts.

Prepare, track, and maintain records of collections.

Prepare monthly AR-related balance sheet schedules

Contact customers via phone to collect outstanding receivables.

Update/post daily receipts in AR ledger and perform reconciliations.

Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue invoices.

Accounts Payble:

Key data into the company accounting system

Preparation of AP billing and creditor statements

Verify the accuracy of the price in supplier invoice

Ensure that outstanding payment to vendor or supplier

Collecting delivery order and invoice from transporters

Accounts Payable process and ensure payment is in line

ensure that outstanding payment to vendor or supplier were done in time

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

A Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business, or equivalent.

At least 2 years of working experience is required for this position. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Prefer candidates who are able to speak Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Able to handle a full set of account. （Fullset Position）
