Qualifications

• Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en comptabilité ou administration.
• Connaissance des principes comptables, de la fiscalité et des procédures de tenue de livres.
• Maîtrise des logiciels comptables et de la suite Microsoft Office.

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team at WIDE WAY FOOD ENTERPRISE SDN. BHD. in Kuching, Sarawak. This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations

Preparing monthly financial reports and assisting with the preparation of annual financial statements

Providing administrative support, such as managing office supplies, coordinating schedules, and assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as required

Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and legal requirements

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and auditors

Supporting the finance team in any other duties as needed

What we're looking for

At least 3 years of experience in a similar accounting or administrative role, preferably within the food industry

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax, and bookkeeping procedures

Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Smart Dynamod

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
