Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, and G/L.
  • Manage two accounts system.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation, analysis, daily cheque issuance, and collections.
  • Submit management reports by the deadline.
  • Update monthly ageing reports.
  • Assist superiors as required.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as needed.
  • Manage daily accounting operations and filing.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education requirement: LCCI qualification.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Aggressive and committed to work.
  • Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good personality, responsible, self-disciplined, and dedicated.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to start immediately or on short notice.
