  • Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in related field.
  • Prior experience as an Accounting Assistant, Clerk, or similar role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and time management.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and stay organized.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive attitude.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.
  • Provide support to the Accounting Department in daily operations.
  • Maintain and update the billing system; generate invoices and account statements.
  • Process incoming payments and accurately record transactions.
  • Handle client inquiries and communications via phone and email professionally.
  • Maintain and organize accounts receivable files and documentation.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or irregularities in financial records.
  • Assist with audits, internal checks, and data reconciliations.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and mail processing.
