- Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in related field.
- Prior experience as an Accounting Assistant, Clerk, or similar role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and time management.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and stay organized.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive attitude.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
- Provide support to the Accounting Department in daily operations.
- Maintain and update the billing system; generate invoices and account statements.
- Process incoming payments and accurately record transactions.
- Handle client inquiries and communications via phone and email professionally.
- Maintain and organize accounts receivable files and documentation.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or irregularities in financial records.
- Assist with audits, internal checks, and data reconciliations.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and mail processing.
