What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Bank Reconciliation.
• Prepare journal entries, financial reports, and supporting schedules.
• Issue invoices, receipts, credit notes, and payment vouchers.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely supplier payments.
• Assist in monthly closing, management reports, SST submissions, and year-end audits.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting records and documents.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting (fresh grads with internship experience are welcome to apply!).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Accounting Software is an advantage.
• Responsible, detail-oriented & eager to learn.
