We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting financial reporting and analysis. Fresh graduates with an Accounting background are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records.

- Manage accounts payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.

- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties.

- Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, MIA) is a plus.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting/finance roles.

- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.

- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax regulations.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
