Job description

LV Solution Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Executive to manage the full set of accounts for our company. This is a full-time, office-based position located in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, a relevant degree, and solid experience in financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing

● Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and other relevant reports

● Handle tax matters including SST, e-Invoice, and year-end audit preparation
● Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and statutory requirements

● Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities when necessary
● Prepare payroll and manage statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS)

● Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial processes and internal controls
● Maintain proper documentation and filing for audit and compliance purposes

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

● Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience, with hands-on exposure to full set accounting

● Solid knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
● Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, UBS) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
● Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
● Good interpersonal and communication skills
● Registration with a recognised professional body (e.g., LCCI, ACCA, CIMA) is an advantage
