Job Descriptions

  • Support our finance team with accounting tasks.
  • Responsible for preparing accounting entries, bookkeeping, and maintaining accurate accounting records.
  • Ensure all AP payments are documented accurately and properly approved prior to timely payments.
  • Generate aging reports and perform posting of payments and cash receipts to debtor accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations (Bank, AP, and AR) and ensure timely updates of cash balances.
  • Willing to learn and/or perform a full set of accounts.
  • Ensure smooth documentation and administration by maintaining proper filing and record systems.
  • Develop monitoring systems to support internal governance and reporting lines.
  • Support superiors in developing internal control systems, performing risk and control management.
  • Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned and assist the company in executing tasks.
  • Opportunity to be exposed to management and dealings with international transactions.

  • 能用普通话、英语和马来语与同事沟通交流。
  • 提供培训,鼓励应届毕业生申请。
